After only one season at the College of San Mateo, Padres alumnus Sione Laulea '22 has received an offer to play football at UCLA. 

Laulea's other offers include BYU, Utah, Oregon, Miami (FL), USC, USF, Florida State, San Jose State, Arizona, Iowa State, Penn State, Illinois, Colorado, Louisville and Oklahoma.
